Emily Parratt

Emily Parratt is an experienced case manager currently employed at the Justice Resource Institute since June 2019, where responsibilities include supervising and supporting adolescents in a trauma-based group home, mediating crises, and empowering residents with individualized plans. Previous roles include serving as a residential caseworker at The Key Program, Inc., and a residential counselor at Child & Family, both involving crisis management and collaboration with local authorities to support youth. Emily has also contributed as a peer mentor and writing center tutor at Roger Williams University, enhancing skills in mentorship, public speaking, and academic support. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Roger Williams University.
