The Role: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in the BPO sector. This role is crucial for identifying and securing new business opportunities, particularly in outsourcing customer service and call center operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and an existing network of contacts (a robust Rolodex) to leverage for prospecting and securing new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize existing network of contacts to identify and pursue potential clients in need of BPO services.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract and retain large accounts.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed set sales targets; maintain sales performance metrics.
  • Craft tailored proposals and solutions based on client needs and requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts effectively to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry challenges, and competitive landscape.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, support, and product teams to enhance service offerings.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product development and service enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the BPO sector, focusing on offering customer service or call center solutions.
  • Extensive network of potential clients and a history of successful client engagements.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
