Shahab Qader Khan

Shahab Qader Khan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer at K-Electric since May 2023. Prior to this role, Shahab held several leadership positions, including Chief Executive Officer at Engro Powergen Qadirpur Limited, where significant contributions were made to gas utilization and power generation. As Vice President of Business Development at Engro Energy Limited, Shahab focused on renewable projects, market reforms, and carbon credit trading. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Siddiqsons Energy Limited, Sindh Engro Coal Mining Company Limited, and various engineering positions at Engro PowerGen Qadirpur Limited, International Power, and several fertilizer companies. Shahab holds an Executive MBA from Lahore University of Management Sciences, an Advanced Management Program from INSEAD, and a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore.
