Constanze Gunnarsson

Constanze Gunnarsson has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 15 years. Constanze began their career as a Junior Consultant at Poolia in 2007, where they gained valuable experience. Constanze then moved to K2 Partnering Solutions in 2008 and worked as a Resource Associate SAP and later as a Quality Evaluation and Development Associate. In 2011, they were promoted to the role of Manager-Global Virtual Bench, where they oversaw the selection and management of top-tier freelance consultants globally. From 2013 to 2017, Constanze served as a Resource Team Manager, building and managing recruitment teams across Europe. In 2018, they became the Director of Learning and Development EMEA, responsible for training, coaching, and career development of associates across all European offices. Currently, Constanze holds the position of Senior Director of People Operations, focusing on strategic initiatives and monitoring success metrics for the company.

Constanze Gunnarsson obtained a Dipl-Bw degree in International Management and HR from an undisclosed school between 2002 and 2007. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2022.
