Ethan Sullivan

Ethan Sullivan is a seasoned executive in real estate management with extensive experience in both corporate and global environments. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Services at Kaiser Permanente since June 2017, Ethan is responsible for the management of a 94.5 million rentable square foot real estate portfolio. Prior to this role, Ethan held positions at JLL, where as Senior Vice President/National Director, management of a ~60 million square foot portfolio was achieved, and at MetLife, leading a global team responsible for transactions across a 20 million square foot portfolio. Ethan's educational background includes an MBA in Real Estate from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oregon.
