Alicia Wallace

Alicia Wallace is a driven professional with extensive experience in advocacy, research, and education, particularly focused on gender equality and LGBTQI+ rights. Currently serving as a Consultant for Kaleidoscope Trust since January 2023, Alicia supports the review of domestic violence laws in Namibia for LGBTQI+ communities. As the Director of Equality Bahamas since March 2014, Alicia has led campaigns for legal reform against gender-based violence and developed educational materials. Previous roles include Gender Consultant at Sanigest Internacional, Steering Committee Member at Feminist Alliance for Rights, and Online Education Coordinator at The Queen's Commonwealth Trust. Alicia's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from St. Mary's University.
