Gerhard Loots

Gerhard Loots is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various technology and telecommunications companies. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors at Kallipr since December 2021, Gerhard also holds the position of Non-Executive Director at Nextbase from June 2024. Previously, Gerhard was the Chief Executive Officer at Madison Group Enterprises and led the Global IoT Solutions at Telstra, where significant advancements were made in IoT capabilities. With a successful tenure as a General Manager at RØDE Microphones and Hills Ltd, as well as various roles in leadership and board positions, including at GSMA and ATEC Systems and Technologies, Gerhard has demonstrated a robust ability to drive innovation and strategic initiatives in the technology sector. Gerhard holds a B.Comm in Law from Stellenbosch University and various certifications in project management and technology.
