Verya Daeichin

Verya Daeichin has a diverse work experience in the field of research and technology. They worked as the Chief Technology Officer at Kaminari Medical since 2021. Prior to that, they were a Guest Researcher at Technische Universiteit Delft and Erasmus MC starting from 2021. They also worked as a Researcher at Technische Universiteit Delft from 2016 to 2021. Additionally, Verya was a Visiting Researcher at the University of Colorado Boulder in 2019. They started their career as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Erasmus MC from 2015 to 2016.

Verya Daeichin has an extensive education history in the field of Biomedical/Medical Engineering. They completed their Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic between the years 2003 and 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Borås from 2008 to 2009 and later attended Chalmers University of Technology, where they obtained another Master's Degree in the same field between 2009 and 2011. Additionally, Verya Daeichin briefly studied Deep brain stimulation at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW in 2009. They further expanded their education by completing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Erasmus Medical Center, which took place from 2010 to 2014.
