Sherman Shan Chen

Sherman Shan Chen is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in signal integrity and power integrity. Currently serving as a Manager at Kandou since January 2020, Sherman oversees the SIPI team while interfacing with customers and vendors. Previous roles include positions as a Principal SI/PI Engineer and Technical Lead at Kandou, Senior Signal Integrity Engineer at Cisco, Hardware System Architect at Chuangxie Technology Co., Ltd., and Senior Power Integrity Engineer at Intel Corporation. Sherman also held significant positions at EMC Shanghai R&D Center and UTStarcom, focusing on high-speed interface design, power delivery solutions, and hardware system architecture. Educationally, Sherman obtained a Master's degree in Electronics & Telecom from Zhejiang University.
