Geoff Mendal

Geoff Mendal, PCC, is a seasoned leadership coach and development facilitator, currently serving at the Kansas Leadership Center since January 2024 and leading their consulting firm, Geoff Mendal Consulting, since August 2019. With extensive experience in the technology sector, Geoff has held leadership positions at notable companies including Pandora and Google, where responsibilities ranged from directing software engineering teams to improving infrastructure and automating release processes. Geoff's expertise also encompasses organizational change, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and leadership development, supported by formal education from the University of Michigan and various leadership training programs. Additionally, Geoff holds a Culinary Arts degree from the International Culinary Center, showcasing a diverse skill set beyond technology.
