Paul Morillo

Paul Morillo is an experienced Information Technology Analyst currently working at Kaplan Early Learning Company since July 2022, and previously held a similar position at Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools from September 2017 to July 2022, providing essential support for the school county. Prior to this, Paul worked at Spectrum (formerly Time Warner Cable) for 15 years, where roles included Analyst II, Tier 3 Supervisor, and Tier 3 Technician, focusing on customer support, troubleshooting complex issues, and coaching staff to enhance call handling practices. Paul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science in Business Information Systems from UOPHX and is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Network and Communication Management (Security) at DeVry University.
