Mani Narayanan

Mani Narayanan has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources. Mani began their career at Visteon India as an Assistant Manager in HR, where they led the Employee Relations team for a site with 1000 employees. After eight years at Visteon India, Mani joined Sutherland Global Services as a Manager in Human Resources. Mani then moved on to Hinduja Global Solutions Inc., where they served as an Assistant General Manager and was responsible for the HR function across multiple locations in Tamil Nadu, overseeing a headcount of 2000+. In 2013, Mani became the Deputy Director of Human Resources at CMA CGM Shared Services BPO - Shipping & Finance. Currently, Mani holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at KARYA Technologies India Pvt. Limited.

Mani Narayanan completed a PG Hons. Diploma in PM&IR with a specialization in HRM from the Madras School of Social Work from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Commerce and Accounts from Vivekananda College, where they studied from 1986 to 1989. In addition to their formal education, Mani Narayanan also obtained a certification in Thomas International (PPA & HJA) from Thomas International in December 2014.
