Prasant Kishore

Prasant Kishore has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on HR transformation, talent acquisition, and organizational change. Prasant is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Kashiv BioSciences LLC. Prior to this role, they served as the CHRO at Sentiss Pharma Pvt. Ltd., where they developed long-term HR plans and played a key role in leadership hiring. Before that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Aizant Drug Research Solutions Pvt Ltd, leading HR transformation initiatives. Prasant also served as the General Manager of Human Resources at Aurobindo Pharma Ltd., where they implemented employee lifecycle management and engagement initiatives. Prasant held a position as Chief Manager of Human Resources at Piramal Enterprises Limited and played a pivotal role in developing organizational culture and HR policies. Earlier in their career, Prasant gained experience in HR roles at PEBS Pennar, Mold-Tek Technologies Limited, Kirby Building Systems - A group company of Alghanim Industries, and the High Court of Orissa, Bhubaneswar.
