Richard Koliser has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Richard is currently working as the Chief Development Officer at Kasm Technologies, where they are responsible for overseeing the development team, product quality control, and customer product deployment. Before joining Kasm Technologies, Richard worked as a Principal Software Engineer at the same company.

Prior to that, Richard worked at Mantech MCTS as a Software Engineer Sr., where they served as the technical lead and product owner for a high visibility product. Richard also led the re-architecture of critical components to improve performance, stability, and flexibility. Additionally, they worked as a Software Engineer at the same company.

Richard also gained valuable experience at Lockheed Martin GBS Program as a Software Engineer. Richard worked on the Air Force GBS satellite program, utilizing innovative technologies and participating in the full life cycle development on an aggressive schedule.

Furthermore, Richard worked as a Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin WIN/T, where they gained extensive knowledge of the Army WIN/T system and became a trusted resource for customer support.

Earlier in their career, Richard worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Texas, focusing on natural language processing and automated dialog systems. Richard also gained experience as a Software Developer at Microsys Computing Inc, developing practice management systems and working with database systems.

Richard's earliest work experience was as the WCBA Lab Coordinator at Youngstown State University.

Richard Koliser obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Science and Computer Science from Youngstown State University, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at The University of Texas at Dallas, where they completed their studies between 2006 and 2008.
