Julia Salles

Julia Salles is a Principal at KASZEK since September 2023, bringing significant experience in venture capital and strategic growth roles. Prior to this, Julia held the position of Stanford Lead Investment Partner at The MBA Fund from September 2021 to August 2023, focusing on backing entrepreneurs from prestigious universities. Julia contributed to the growth and product strategy at Bonfire in 2022-2023, aimed at empowering creators within their communities. Julia's earlier experience at KASZEK as an Associate from June 2018 to June 2021 involved partnering with technology founders in Latin America. Julia began a professional career as a Management Consultant at Kearney between January 2016 and June 2018 and also served as a pro bono consultant for Instituto Ayrton Senna. An academic background includes an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
