Doug Leeper

Douglas Leeper, MBA, CHCIO, currently serves as the Chief Information & Cybersecurity Officer at Kaweah Health, a position held since February 2016. Prior to this role, Douglas was an elected member of the Governing Council of the Inland Empire Health Information Exchange (IEHIE) from March 2009 to February 2016, where Douglas also co-chaired the council starting in February 2013, representing Loma Linda University Health and over 4 million lives in the Inland Empire. Douglas's extensive experience includes a senior leadership role at Loma Linda University Health from January 1997 to February 2016, with a focus on IT leadership in customer service, operations, and technology, culminating in the role of Executive Director of Information Technology at Loma Linda University Medical Center - Murrieta from June 2011 to August 2015. Douglas holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Loma Linda University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Washington Adventist University.
