Ankit Patel

Ankit Patel has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. From 2010 onwards, they have been working at Kearney & Company, where they currently hold the position of Audit Senior Manager. In this role, Ankit is responsible for conducting financial statement audits for various Cabinet Level Federal Government Agencies, including the Department of Defense. Ankit supervises and reviews the work of a team consisting of multiple managers, seniors, and staff auditors. Additionally, they analyze clients' financial reporting processes, systems, and controls to identify risks of material misstatement and regularly leads client meetings to provide progress updates and communicate internal control deficiencies and recommendations. Ankit joined Kearney & Company as a Staff Accountant in 2010 and has since been promoted to several positions, including Senior Accountant, Supervisory Senior Accountant, Audit Manager, and their current role as Audit Senior Manager.

Prior to joining Kearney & Company, Ankit worked at Akta Enterprise Inc. from 2002 to 2010 as an Assistant Manager. During their time there, they gained extensive experience and knowledge in the Hospitality Industry, focusing on team management, sales, customer service, and payroll accounting.

Ankit Patel completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting, with a minor in Information Technology, from George Mason University from 2005 to 2009.
