Jay Upadhyay

Jay Upadhyay is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 25 years of experience. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager HR for Civil Business at KEC International Ltd. since June 2022, Jay brings extensive expertise from a significant tenure at Larsen & Toubro from May 2010 to July 2022, where responsibilities included leading HR functions, managing talent acquisition, and executing performance management processes.
