Jeff Silver is the Founder & Managing Partner of Ridgeline Partners, a corporate finance and venture firm specializing in CFO related activities, private equity, M&A, joint ventures, and business development. With a background in investment banking and experience in various capacities at companies such as Millennium Capital Partners, Roth Capital Partners, and Merrill Lynch, Jeff has core expertise in start-ups, private-to-public micro-caps, mid-caps, large caps, corporate finance, private equity, M&A, joint ventures, and Asia. Jeff also co-founded ePremieres (Upstage, Inc.) and has a strong educational background with an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BBA from the University of San Diego.
