Renatta Paz

Renatta Paz is a versatile professional with extensive experience in real estate and event management. As a Co-Founder of Real Estate Boss Empire since April 2020, Renatta promotes a women-led initiative focused on community impact through charitable events. Renatta serves as the Lead Buyer’s Agent for The Rafael Ching Team and has been recognized as the 2021 Top Buyer’s Agent while also working as a Buyer and Lead Buyer’s Agent at Keller Williams of Greater Nassau and Keller Williams NYC. In addition, Renatta holds a position as a Social Media Specialist at CYPRESS CONSTRUCTION, overseeing marketing and event coordination, and co-owns Villa Salamanca, where responsibilities include planning large-scale events. Previous roles include Team Leader at The Real Sisters and various casting and production positions in the entertainment industry. Renatta earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a certificate in Film/Video Production from the New York Film Academy.
