Frédéric Rochat

Frédéric Rochat is a Managing Partner at Kellerhals Carrard, with experience dating back to May 2007. In addition to this role, Frédéric serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for Seed Up and Prisminvest, and holds the position of Chairman of the Foundation Board for Ecole de Jazz et de Musique Actuelle (EJMA) since 2014. Frédéric is also the Vice-President of the Swiss M&A Experts Chamber and Chairman of the Board for FONDATION EUROVACC. Professionally active in academia, Frédéric has been a lecturer at the Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne from 2008 to 2022 and leads a course for EXPERTsuisse on Swiss law for foreign accountants. Previous roles include Associate positions at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Bourgeois Muller Pidoux & Associés. Frédéric holds advanced degrees in corporate law from Columbia Law School and a doctorate and law degree from the University of Lausanne.
