Mike Pierce

Mike Pierce has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and positions. Mike worked at Kelvion Thermal Solutions as the Director of Engineering from November 2014 to the present, and prior to that, they held the position of Manager - Engineering from September 2012 to November 2014. Before joining Kelvion Thermal Solutions, Mike worked at American Airlines as the Manager - Component Engineering from May 2009 to September 2012. Mike also served as a Lead Engineer from December 2005 to May 2009 and as a Senior Systems Engineer from September 2000 to December 2005. Mike's career began at Norit Americas Inc, where they worked as a Plant Manager from 1996 to 2000, a Production Manager from 1995 to 1996, and a Process Engineer from 1994 to 1995. Earlier in their career, they worked at BOC Gases as an Operations Manager from 1990 to 1994 and as a Project Engineer from 1989 to 1990. Mike's extensive work experience includes working in the US Air Force as an Acquisition Project Officer from 1986 to 1989 and as a Configuration and Data Manager from 1985 to 1986.

Mike Pierce received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in 1984. Mike subsequently pursued further education at the University of Dayton, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering between 1985 and 1987.
