Esra Yıldırım

Esra Yıldırım is an experienced front desk receptionist with a solid background in the hospitality industry, currently working at Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul, a five-star hotel with 310 rooms, since September 2023. Prior experience includes a similar role at Divan, also a five-star establishment with 190 rooms, where Esra worked from September 2022 to September 2023 and took on cross-training as an accounting agent. A management trainee position at DO & CO AG was held in July and August 2022, and prior to that, Esra served as a front desk receptionist at Ottoman's Life Hotel Deluxe from June 2019 to July 2022, along with experience as an F&B hostess. Earlier experience includes a role as an F&B hostess at The Parma Hotel Taksim. Esra Yıldırım holds an associate’s degree in Civil Aviation and Cabin Services from Istanbul University, completed in June 2022.
