Therese Rochon

Therese Rochon is an experienced healthcare professional specializing in hospice and palliative care. Currently serving as a Hospice Nurse Practitioner at VNA of Care New England since May 2022, Therese previously held the position of Director of Advance Illness Management at VNA Care New England from December 2013 to August 2022. Additionally, Therese directed Palliative Care and Program Development at Home and Hospice Care of Rhode Island from September 1999 to December 2013. Therese earned a Master of Science in Registered Nursing from the University of Rhode Island between 1995 and 2000, and a Bachelor of Science from Salve Regina University from 1979 to 1981.
