James Golland

James Golland is an experienced operations and project management professional with a strong background in large-scale infrastructure and development projects. Currently serving as Operations Director PMI at KEO International Consultants since January 2023, James has held various significant roles including Project Director at AECOM, overseeing initiatives for the Royal Commission of AlUla, and Project Management Advisor at Turner & Townsend for Changi Airport Group's Terminal 5 development. Prior experience includes PMO Director for the $18.5 billion City and Southwest Sydney Metro and leadership positions at Transport for London and Heathrow, where contributions spanned portfolio management, performance controls, and cost management. James began a career in quantity surveying at Taylor Woodrow Construction after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying from The University of Manchester.
