Rada Campbell

Rada has over 17 years’ experience of dealing with high value personal injury claims for insurers and the MIB. Rada qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and worked for 2 other defendant law firms before moving to Keoghs in 2009.

Rada was promoted to Partner in 2012 heading her own team dealing with high value and complex claims.

Rada’s experience includes handling claims involving brain injuries, fatal accidents, amputations, spinal injuries, RTA indemnity issues, chronic pain and cross border claims. Rada has been the lead cross-border claims contact for one of the UK’s largest insurers for several years and has supplied training both internally and externally in this specialist area. Rada has dealt with serious injury claims in Europe and as far afield as Brazil.

Rada’s caseload is largely in excess of £1m. Adopting a proactive approach, Rada routinely deals with cases under the Serious Injury Guide. She regularly represents insurers at both route map meetings and settlement meetings without Counsel, where appropriate.

Rada is also a member of Keoghs Brain Injury Special Interest Group.
