Deniz Sibilia

Deniz Sibilia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and strategic initiatives across the hospitality and construction sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Project Management for the Americas at Kerzner International since March 2023, Deniz previously held a key role at Royal Caribbean Group from March 2020 to March 2023, focusing on global category project management and initiatives for multiple cruise brands. Prior experience includes project management positions at Shawmut Design and Construction, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Polimeks, Cipriani, EDITION, and Bergen Engineering Co, where notable projects included high-profile restaurants and hotels. Deniz is also academically accomplished, holding degrees from New Jersey Institute of Technology, Mimar Sinan University of Fine Arts, Brookdale Community College, and NYU Stern School of Business, as well as LEED AP accreditation.
