Omar Rubio is an experienced Process Improvement Engineer at Key Energy Services. Previously, Omar served as the President of the SHPE Bakersfield Professional Chapter from 2009 to 2010 and worked as a Process Engineer at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream from January 2006 to November 2006. Omar holds a degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where studies were completed from 2003 to 2005.
