Jennifer Fegter, PHR, SHRM-CP is an experienced Human Resource leader currently serving as the Director of Client Services at meridiem.io since April 2021, where expertise includes the certified interpretation of the NSight Success Talent Assessment, focusing on various aspects of personal and professional development. As the People & Performance Business Partner for Argenta since January 2021, Jennifer has a proven track record in strategic and tactical HR across multiple industries, encompassing HR management, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Jennifer also owns Assiduous Coaching and Consulting, LLC, and previously held senior HR roles at R&R Realty Group from 1997 to 2020, along with experience in corporate accounting at Principal Financial Group. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's in Human Resources Management from Grand View University.
