Melissa Henley possesses extensive experience in customer experience and marketing communications, highlighted by a current role as Chief Customer Officer at KeyShot since January 2022. In this position, Melissa has successfully built a customer success organization, implemented strategic plans, and generated nearly $1 million in new annual recurring revenue. Previously, Melissa held various roles at Laserfiche from 2007 to 2022, culminating as Senior Director of Customer Experience, where significant improvements in operational processes and customer engagement were achieved. Earlier experience includes leadership positions in marketing communications at both Laserfiche and Financial Network Investment Corporation, along with event management at Mills College.
