Melissa Means

Melissa Means is the Vice President of Human Resources at Keystone. Melissa has over 20 years of experience in the human resources field. Melissa started their career as an analyst at Towers Perrin in 1995. Melissa then became the compensation manager at HCA in 1997 and a consultant at Mercer Human Resource Consulting in 1998. In 2001, they became the director of compensation and benefits at The Macgregor Group. In 2007, they became the co-chair of the corporate advisory board for the corporate board committee at The Boston Club. Melissa is a highly experienced human resources professional with a proven track record of success.

Melissa Means has a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Organizational Behavior from Miami University.
