Sierra Modro

Sierra Modro is an experienced technology leader with a diverse background in engineering, product management, and consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Kiddom since April 2022, Sierra has focused on enhancing team productivity and mentoring new managers while expanding responsibilities to include the full content process. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Technical Curriculum Development at Amazon Web Services, where Sierra led the creation of training programs for AWS certification, and founding LEAP to Greatness, LLC, providing consulting and public speaking services on technology trends. Earlier roles also feature positions at Wacom, Digimarc, and Intel Corporation, where Sierra managed global projects, developed innovative technology products, and drove successful software initiatives. Educational qualifications encompass a BGS in Computer Science and Mathematics from Indiana University Bloomington and a graduate certificate in Technology and Innovation Acceleration from MIT xPRO.
