John Sikes

John Sikes has a strong background in operations and management, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. John most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Kids2 since May 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President - Operations, Americas at AAF International from June 2018 to May 2021, overseeing all operations for the Americas division.

Before their time at AAF International, John worked at Parker Hannifin, where they served as VP/General Manager and Vice President of Operations, with responsibilities including managing the entire supply chain, overseeing manufacturing plants, and leading continuous improvement efforts.

Earlier in their career, John held positions at The Carlstar Group, Carlisle Transportation Products, Lear Corporation, PolyMore Circuit Technologies, and Denso Manufacturing, gaining experience in manufacturing, engineering, and operations management.

Throughout their career, John has demonstrated expertise in P&L management, strategic planning, implementing lean manufacturing practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. John has successfully managed large teams and operations, with a focus on safety, quality, and cost efficiency.

John Sikes has a diverse education history. In 2010, they attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business for executive leadership training. In 2008, they pursued a leadership development certificate from Penn State University. From 1996 to 2000, they earned a Master of Science degree in Engineering & Operations Management from Kennedy Western University. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1996, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from ITT. In 1990 to 1992, they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Electronics Technology from Fountain Head College of Technology.
