Richard McCarson has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Richard is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales in the USA at Kimbo Coffee. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Director of Sales at the same company.

Before joining Kimbo Coffee, Richard worked as an Area Sales Manager at Vistar, where they successfully managed sales operations for a specific region. Richard also served as the Sr. Manager of Food Service Operations - East at Peet's Coffee, where they oversaw the food service operations in the Eastern region.

Richard has extensive experience in the coffee industry, having worked at Nestlé Nespresso SA. Richard served as the Senior Manager of Field Sales in the USA and later as the National Sales Manager for the South Central US region.

Prior to their time at Nestlé, Richard worked at PepsiCo for almost four years. Richard initially started as a Sales Representative and Merchandiser before progressing to the role of Delivery Supervisor. Richard McCarson pursued their education in a sequential manner. Starting from 1995 and ending in 1999, they attended Rowan University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with a specialization in International Relations. Following this, Richard engaged in executive education programs, commencing at an unmentioned date and culminating in 2018 at the London Business School. Richard undertook a Leadership Program during their time there. Lastly, before completing their education history in 2019, Richard pursued an Executive Education program in Sustainability Studies at the esteemed NYU Stern School of Business.
