Rayan Fayez

Rayan Fayez is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Deputy CEO at NEOM since June 2022, Rayan has also held significant positions at Banque Saudi Fransi as both a Board Member and the Managing Director & CEO since December 2017. Additional responsibilities include Vice Chairman of the Alula Development Company and member of the Board Investment Committee at The Royal Commission for AlUla, as well as Board Member roles at the King Salman Park Foundation and Sports Boulevard Foundation. Rayan has been recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum since May 2018 and has contributed to the B20 Saudi Arabia as Chairman of the Finance & Infrastructure Taskforce. Rayan’s past roles include a member of the Board Investment Committee at Qiddiya Investment Company and Board Member at the Human Resources Development Fund in KSA. Rayan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, obtained between 1997 and 2001.
