Andrea Baker

Andrea Baker is an experienced contract manager with a strong background in contract administration and negotiation. Currently serving as Contract Manager at Kinley Construction since October 2022, Andrea has held similar roles at Industrial Specialty Services USA, LLC and Universal Plant Services, among others. With expertise in drafting, evaluating, negotiating, and executing various agreements, including non-disclosure and sales agreements, Andrea has developed a comprehensive skill set in contract management. Education credentials include a Dual Master Certificate in Commercial Contract Management and Government Contract Management from Villanova University, along with additional studies at the University of Delaware and Baptist Bible College.
