Laine Rugen

Laine Rugen is an experienced Project Manager at Kitchell since October 2021, previously serving as a Project Engineer at DesCor Builders and Kitchell. Rugen has a strong foundation in project management and engineering, highlighted by a decade of experience with the US Army Corps of Engineers in Project Management Support for Formerly Used Defense Sites.
