Gregg Poetz

Gregg Poetz is Senior Vice President of Leasing for Kite Realty Group Trust (KRG). He is responsible for overseeing the Leasing Department which includes operating properties, development/redevelopment projects and the peripheral land. Gregg has been employed at KRG for over 22 years. At KRG, he has been responsible for various aspects of the business, such as anchor leasing and new development leasing, including shops and outparcels. Prior to joining KRG, Gregg was employed by Simon Property Group for eight years, where he worked in both the leasing and peripheral development departments. Gregg graduated in 1989 from Indiana University with a B.S. in Finance and Real Estate.
