Caren Sinclair-Kay

Caren Sinclair-Kay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in building and managing digital health, wellness, and omni-channel retail businesses. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company since January 2022, Caren is involved in enhancing the firm's LEAP practice. Caren’s previous roles include leading Dormify as President and Board Member, where significant valuation increases were achieved, and co-founding and serving as CEO of doodledeals, which became the second largest daily deal site for mothers before its acquisition. Caren also held leadership positions at Third Age, Inc. and Red Jam Media, focusing on strategic direction, audience growth, and transformative partnerships. With an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School and a BS in Business Administration from Cornell University, Caren brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership experience to each endeavor.
