Reece Hall

Reece Hall has significant experience in strategic sourcing and supply management. Reece currently works as the Director, North America Strategic Sourcing at Kito Crosby, where they develop and executes sourcing strategies, leading to $1.6 million in savings despite commodity price pressures. Reece also leads the sourcing functions for global SAP implementation and successfully negotiates pre-buy deals to avoid steel price increases. Prior to this, Reece worked as a Global Commodity Manager at The Crosby Group and held various roles at EnLink Midstream and Encana Corporation. Overall, Reece has a strong background in sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management.

Reece Hall attended the University of North Texas from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus in Operations and Supply Chain Management.
