Jon Fieldman

Jon is a multidisciplinary operational leader with a history of driving impactful operational change in various consumer-facing businesses. Jon has spent the last ten years largely focused on leadership in transformational environments, serving as the operational leader in three TPG-backed companies, e.l.f. Beauty, Angie’s and Schiff Nutrition, where he led significant evolution in areas such as supply chain, sourcing and lean implementation. Prior to these roles, Jon spent 12 years with The Clorox Company in various supply chain positions, most recently as the VP of Product Supply for the ~$2BN Specialty Division, and spent seven years with General Mills in various manufacturing roles.

Jon has a BS degree in Industrial Engineering with Distinction from Stanford University.
