Mariana Kukhtyn

Mariana Kukhtyn is an experienced professional currently serving as a Patron at KOLO, supporting Ukrainian defenders through technology. At EPAM Systems since April 2018, Mariana has held roles as a Product Manager and Senior Business Analysis Manager, overseeing various stages of product development across multiple domains, employing Agile methodologies, and leading BA teams. Prior experience includes roles as a Freelance Consultant, Business Analyst at ControlPay BV, and Distribution Systems Analyst at Kuehne + Nagel, where Mariana engaged with stakeholders to capture requirements, led training initiatives, and created transition roadmaps. Mariana's educational background includes a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Tartu and ongoing Master's studies at American University Kyiv.
