Emilia Blomfelt

Emilia Blomfelt is an accomplished Transformation Lead at KONE, specializing in digital transformation and strategy development since February 2021. Emilia has a strong background in business development, having managed the creation of KONE's first AI-powered solution, TenderLens, and advanced technology-driven processes. Previously, as a Senior Project Specialist, Emilia facilitated the establishment of a global sustainability community. Emilia's experience also includes consulting roles with Academic Work, where communication strategies were developed for international clients, and project management for the City of Espoo focused on technology and sustainability in early childhood education. Emilia is currently pursuing an MBA at Aalto University, building on a robust educational foundation in social sciences and management from the University of Helsinki and University of Groningen Business School.
