Priscilla Kaunda

Priscilla Kaunda is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human capital management. Currently serving as Manager of Human Capital Management at Konkola Copper Mines plc since February 2017, Priscilla is responsible for HR strategic planning, organizational development, employee relations, and industrial relations, among other key responsibilities. Prior to this role, Priscilla held the position of Manager of Learning & Development at Konkola Copper Mines from June 2012 to February 2017, where Priscilla oversaw the company's training and development initiatives. Priscilla's earlier career includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Moolmans Mining (Z) Limited and Human Resources positions at Zamefa-PDIC/General Cable Company and Seedco Zambia Int. Priscilla holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Copperbelt University and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from the University of Zambia.
