Ann Peers

Ann Peers is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and business law. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Korian Belgium since June 2022, Ann previously held the position of Hoofd juridische dienst at Rode Kruis-Vlaanderen from September 2013 to June 2022. Prior to that, Ann was a Senior Associate at Laga, where responsibilities included providing national and cross-border corporate law advice and assisting with various transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Ann began the legal career as a Legal Advisor at Deloitte Tax & Legal from August 2000 to August 2004. Ann's academic credentials include a Master’s in Law from the University of Antwerp, a Diplôme d'études spécialisées in European Law from Université Catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve, and participation in an Erasmus program at Uppsala University.
