Alexandre Fournier

Alexandre Fournier is an experienced culinary professional with a robust background in kitchen management and culinary arts. Currently serving as Chef Gérant de Cuisine at Korian France since February 2023, Alexandre also held the position of Chef Gérant at RESTORIA from March 2022 to June 2023, and Chef de Cuisine at Groupe Réside Études from November 2017 to March 2022. Earlier roles include Chef Gérant Manager Cuisine at API Restauration and Chef Gérant for a crèche and senior residence at Groupe Convivio, where responsibilities encompassed budget management, ordering, personnel management, and client relations. Alexandre began culinary training as an Apprenti Cuisinier at a Michelin-starred restaurant and has developed skills across various culinary positions since starting as Chef de Cuisine at the family restaurant of Marcel Cerdan.
