Nish Lathia

Nish Lathia is an experienced technology and customer experience leader currently serving as Chief of Customer Experience and Head of Technology for the Consumer Bank at Kotak Mahindra Bank since August 2022. Prior to this role, Nish was the Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer at Valo, overseeing product management, engineering, and data science. Nish has an extensive background at Amazon, where roles spanned from General Manager of WW Heavy Bulky Products to co-inventing key AWS services. Earlier career positions include Head of Product Management at EMC Dantz and Senior Software Engineer/Principal Architect at Egghead Software. Nish holds an MBA from California State University-Dominguez Hills, an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
