Bob B.

Bob B. has extensive work experience, starting in 1997 as a Manager at Arthur Andersen in their Tax, Legal, Business Advisory Group. Bob then moved on to 3M in 2001, where they held roles such as Corporate Legal Counsel - Tax and Treasury, and later Mergers & Acquisitions/Corporate Development Sr. Manager. In 2006, Bob joined Aerie Capital, LLC as a Managing Director. Bob later joined ClaroVia Holdings, LLC in 2013 as a Managing Director and Chief Legal Officer. In 2016, Bob joined AgJunction, where they served as the VP of M&A, Intellectual Property and General Counsel, and eventually became the Executive Vice President & General Counsel. Currently, Bob is employed at Kubota Corporation, where they first held the position of Senior Director & General Counsel at the Kubota Technology Innovation Center North America and is now Executive Director - Technology IP Strategy & Legal Counsel, KNA.

Bob B. has a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law. Bob also has a BA degree from the University of Minnesota.
