Matías Encina

Matias Encina Moreno is an experienced professional in the biotechnology sector, currently serving as the Director of Product Strategy for Avenire at Kura Biotech since August 2020. In this role, Matias leads strategic product portfolio development, identifies business opportunities, and ensures customer satisfaction through regulatory compliance and partnerships. Prior to this position, Matias held multiple roles at Kura Biotech, including Testing Business Director and Senior Application Specialist, focusing on pre-sales and post-sales support for qPCR and RT-LAMP technologies. Matias also contributed to research and development at Cells for Cells S.A. as a Senior Research Assistant, working on biocompatible inks and quality control devices for cell therapy.
