Joseph Young

Joseph Young has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as an Air Traffic Controller in the US Air Force from 2001. In 2010, they transitioned to Senior Software Developer and Software Developer at EF Johnson, where they conceptualized and authored a complex, self-describing ruleset engine and web interface. Joseph also eliminated the company's dependence on Excel spreadsheets by creating a multi-tiered dashboard application. In 2013, they moved on to Lead Software Engineer at Gwynn Group, Inc. and in 2015 they became the Founder & Director of Vision at Kuvio Creative.

Joseph Young has an education history that includes a Master Certificate from Berklee College of Music in Arranging and Orchestration (2011-2012), a Graduate Certificate from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in Mathematics (2009-2010), and a BS from the University of Maryland Global Campus in Computer and Information Science (2005-2009). Joseph has also obtained a number of certifications from Microsoft, including MCSA - Web Applications (September 2016), Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer - App Builder (September 2016), Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer - Web Applications (June 2013), and Microsoft Certified Specialist - Programming in HTML5 with Javascript and CSS3 (January 2013).
